Accepted methods
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered by Stripe at checkout; bank wire transfer; and approved financing. To pay via WhatsApp, your advisor sends official payment instructions — always verify bank details by phone before wiring funds.
Security
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Velora Motors never sees, stores or transmits your full card number or CVV.
Reservation deposits
Deposits of $2,500 (vehicles under $100,000), $5,000 (under $250,000) or $10,000 (above) hold a vehicle exclusively for 7 days. Deposits are fully refundable within 72 hours and credited in full toward the purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Completed vehicle purchases are subject to the terms of your signed buyer's order.
Currency
All amounts are charged in United States dollars (USD). Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
